Shipping Cost & Time

Standard shipping: ₹50 - delivery in 3–7 business days (pan-India).

Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.

Actual delivery time may vary by location and product availability; any applicable taxes or customs (for international orders) are extra.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom/large orders may take 3 - 5 business days to process; you’ll be notified if there’s a delay.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Track My Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email/SMS you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Use the tracking link to see real-time updates; allow 24 hours for tracking info to appear after dispatch.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact support at sales@erayaa.shop with your order number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How To Return Items

Email us at sales@erayaa.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with return instructions, the return address, and any packaging guidelines.

Send the item back in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

It's Been Over 14 Days Since I Received My Order Can I Still Return Items?

Returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery.

If it’s been longer, returns are generally not accepted.

Change or Cancel Your Order

Orders can be changed or cancelled only while they’re in processing (typically within 1–2 business days after order).

What Is A Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item not yet in stock; it will ship when the product becomes available.

Estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Pre-orders are chargeable at checkout; estimated delivery times are subject to change.

I haven't received my order

Check your order tracking link (sent by email/SMS). Allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your local post office/courier.

Still missing? Email us at sales@erayaa.com with your order number and tracking info so we can investigate.

How Will I Know My Order Has Been Successful?

After purchase you’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order number and summary.

You’ll get a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once the order is dispatched.

I Have A Missing Item On My Order

Check the packing slip first (sometimes items ship separately).

If an item is missing, email sales@erayaa.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package/packing slip. We’ll investigate and resolve.

Wrong Size or Faulty Product

For wrong-size or faulty items, email sales@erayaa.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.

We’ll provide return/exchange instructions. Refunds or replacements are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria.

Do we have a store?

At the moment, we are an online brand that also participates in pop-ups and events. This allows us to focus on creating thoughtfully designed pieces and delivering them directly to you. Any future pop-ups or retail locations will be announced on our website and social media.

My promo code is not working

We’re sorry about that! Promo codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, or exclusions on certain products. Please double-check the terms of the code. If it still doesn’t work, contact our customer support and we’ll be happy to help.

What Payment Providers do you Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support secure online payment options available at checkout for your region.

Do you restock items?

Some of our styles are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. While we do restock select bestsellers, restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend signing up with your email for restock notifications.

Do We Have Payment Plans?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans or installment options. Full payment is required at checkout. We are always reviewing our payment options and may introduce additional methods in the future.

What About The Products Designed?

All our pieces are thoughtfully designed by our team with a focus on femininity, comfort, and timeless elegance. Each collection reflects our brand’s aesthetic and attention to detail.

What Countries Do We Ship To?

We currently ship internationally to many countries. Available destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Can I Return A Sale item?

Yes, sale items are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet our return conditions. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including the bag and cardboard box. Items showing heavy wear and tear or missing packaging will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@erayaa.shop with your order confirmation and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If approved, a full refund or exchange will be processed.

An Item i Purchased Is Now On Sale. Can You Adjust The Price?

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to a sale or promotion. Sales are limited-time offers and cannot be applied retroactively.

I Emailed Customer Service, How Long Will it Take Them To Respond?

Our customer support team typically responds within 24–48 business hours. During high-volume periods, responses may take slightly longer, but we promise to get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, our garments are designed to be true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the best fit.
